Crafted from premium Napa Valley fruit, this Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the concentration, structure, and aging potential that have made the region one of the world's most recognized sources for Cabernet. Warm daytime temperatures and cool evening conditions allow for optimal ripening while preserving balance and freshness.

 

Tasting notes
Deep garnet in color, this wine opens with aromas of black currant, blackberry compote, dark cherry, cedar, graphite, and subtle baking spice. The palate is layered and structured with flavors of cassis, plum, cocoa powder, espresso, and toasted oak. Firm yet polished tannins provide length and aging potential, while balanced acidity keeps the finish focused and elegant.

Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels (35% new oak)
